  • On deck teammates must complete 50 partner pull ups prior to all relay switches.
  • Upon finishing a row relay, athletes must bear crawl to pull up station to tag next teammate on deck to row.

"Angie" or "Mangie"

"Mangie" definition from URBAN DICTIONARY: 

A pretty woman whose diminutive size belies her ability to deliver a crushing blow to the unsuspecting.

The first thing that struck me about her was her blue eyes. The second thing that struck me was her fist. As I spit my teeth into my hand I understood that I wasn't dealing with an ordinary woman. No, what I had here was a Mangie.

"Avery" could be a fitting name for this WOD.

Apéritif: 100 Kettlebell Snatches for time

Entrée: "Gondolo"

12 Minute Ascending Ladder with as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

  • Thruster #115 lbs

  • Reverse Lunge (Front Rack) #115 lbs

Perform 1-1,2-2,3-3,etc. for the full 12 minutes.

Post total rounds. 

Dessert: Row 500M
