Saturday Hill WOD

Today we meet at the Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company at 8AM.  We will then convene at a very steep hill and do a workout that will involve Farmer's walking and kettlebell swings.

WOD:

With #2/1.5 Pood Kettlebells

30 Kettlebell Swings

25 Kettlebell shoulder to overhead

Farmer's walk to top of hill

25 Kettlebell Swings at hill top

20 Kettlebell shoulder to overhead

Farmer's walk to bottom of hill

20 Kettlebell Swings

15 Kettlebell shoulder to overhead

Run back to top of hill

New Bumper Plates!

We got new bumper plates to handle bigger classes!  The new platforms go great with the new plates.  We were able to accommodate all during the deadlift/push up wod.  

Manny! (Front in Picture) Drop your bum bum a couple inches and straighten up your midline!  Your back should look more arched than rounded! Steve AND your lower back would have appreciated that.

New Platforms!

Thank you Roge and "Anroge Wood Finishing" (roge_008@sbcglobal.net) for providing the box some shiny new lifting platforms!  Roge does great work finishing wood for high end homes and businesses.  From resurfacing and distressing to finishing- Roge can manipulate any wood.  Sounds weird, but he is good.
